1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and jiji1 ("jiji1", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the jiji1 website located at https://jiji1.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, registering for, or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account, access, or use the Service. By registering for jiji1, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jiji1 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. By using jiji1, you confirm that you are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of access and that online gaming is legal in your specific location. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local, provincial, and national laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability or restriction that would prevent you from entering into contracts. 2.4 Self-Exclusion and Problem Gambling

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Required information includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only create one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Identity Verification

jiji1 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address upon request. Verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify jiji1 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jiji1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.4 Account Information Updates

You agree to promptly update your account information if any information you provided during registration changes. This includes changes to your residential address, email address, phone number, or payment methods. Outdated or incorrect information may delay withdrawals or result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jiji1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer from major Philippine banks (including but not limited to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and Security Bank), and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) issued by Philippine financial institutions. All transactions must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your jiji1 account within sixty (60) seconds for e-wallet transactions (GCash, PayMaya) and within two (2) to four (4) hours for bank transfers. jiji1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. jiji1 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits based on account verification level, transaction history, and regulatory requirements. Requests to increase deposit limits may require additional identity verification and approval.

4.4 Deposit Fees

jiji1 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet service, or card issuer) may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.

4.5 Responsible Deposit Limits

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, deposit limits become effective immediately and can only be increased after a cooling-off period of forty-eight (48) hours. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

jiji1 processes withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes on average during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time). First-time withdrawals or withdrawals requiring additional verification may take up to forty-eight (48) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing time.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Requests below this threshold will be declined. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may require additional verification and manager approval.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

jiji1 does not charge fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month are subject to a processing fee of PHP 50 (Fifty Philippine Pesos) per transaction. VIP members enjoy unlimited free withdrawals as part of their benefits package.

5.5 Wagering Requirements

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. Funds derived from bonuses, promotions, or free bets are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting wagering requirements may result in withdrawal denial and account review.

5.6 Account Verification for Withdrawals

jiji1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account age or previous verification status. This may include but is not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address dated within the last three (3) months, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jiji1 offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers ("Bonuses") from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time of the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other players to abuse promotions, or using automated systems or bots to clear wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and potential account closure.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. 6.4 Bonus Forfeiture

This includes but is not limited to irregular betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse.

7. Gameplay Rules and Policies

7.1 Fair Play

All games on jiji1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are conducted by live dealers operating under strict oversight. You acknowledge that all game outcomes are determined by chance or dealer action and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated. Any attempt to interfere with game integrity, hack game software, or use external tools to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account closure and potential legal action.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue affecting gameplay, jiji1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the original stake. 7.4 Bet Limits

Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit may be void, and winnings may be forfeited. 7.5 Disconnections

If you are disconnected from a game due to internet connectivity issues, the game round will continue to its conclusion based on any actions you took before disconnection. For games requiring player decisions (such as blackjack or video poker), the game will apply the optimal strategy decision on your behalf. You can view the outcome in your game history once reconnected. Live casino games follow the rules established by the game provider and the live dealer.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using jiji1:

• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities or funds that do not belong to you
• Using the Service if you are under 21 years of age or located outside the Philippines
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location
• Colluding with other players or using automated systems to gain unfair advantages
• Engaging in chip dumping, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other fraudulent practices

Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in your account, and potential legal action.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your jiji1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may request self-exclusion from jiji1 for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

9.3 jiji1-Initiated Closure

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. jiji1 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos) or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance is depleted. You will receive notification via email before any dormancy fees are applied.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on jiji1, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of jiji1 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from jiji1 except as necessary for your personal use of the Service. The jiji1 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jiji1 and may not be used without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jiji1, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service by third parties
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

In no event shall jiji1's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you deposited into your jiji1 account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jiji1, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
• Your violation of any rights of any third party
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Any false or misleading information you provided to jiji1

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact jiji1 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

13.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiations shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed arbitrator in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to bring, join, or participate in any class action or representative proceeding against jiji1.

14. Changes to Terms

jiji1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service and close your account.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement
